How do we work?

We work office hours, 08.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.

We make full use of the latest case management software and communication systems. This means we are efficient and able to carry out client instructions.

We provide our advice through a combination of telephone, emails, letters and at meetings.

We routinely act for clients who never visit our offices. With today's broadband and telephone systems, it is hardly ever necessary for an employee client to come and see us unless they want to. We are, however, always willing and able to meet clients at our offices.

Get prepared

Before you call us or attend your first meeting, it can be helpful if you can collect together any:
