Our optional employment disputes indemnity insurance offers peace of mind for the employer.
It provides indemnity insurance to employers which pays for the legal costs incurred in defending employment tribunal claims (and other employment related court cases). It also covers most types of employment tribunal compensation awards.
The insurance cover is a genuine and comprehensive indemnity insurance scheme, which must not be confused with legal expenses insurance or other unregulated indemnities provided by many employment law consultancies.
Provided that you obtain and follow our advice, the claim will be covered automatically upon receipt of the employment tribunal claim form and notification to us. There is no need for us to seek approval from the insurers. This is because we have delegated authority and can handle claims on behalf of the insurer.
