Who are we?
Quantrills is a niche firm of employment law solicitors and hr advisers with the prime focus of providing specialist advice and assistance to hr professionals and other directors, managers and owner managers responsible for personnel or hr issues. Quantrills acts for a wide range of private and public sector clients throughout East Anglia and beyond. We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
What do we do?
At Quantrills we provide employer clients with a comprehensive range of services from advice and guidance to representing clients in the employment tribunals.
Advice and guidance
We provide answers to the broadest range of personnel, human resource and employment law problems. Our aim is to clearly identify the legal and practical issues, then provide advice and support that will minimise, or least control, potential problems or risks.
We provide our advice through a combination of telephone, emails, letters and at meetings. We routinely draft appropriate letters, documents, checklists and scripts for clients to use.

How do we charge?
Our guiding rule is 'no hidden' costs or charges. We do our best to avoid nasty surprises!
Whilst hourly rates form the basis of our charging options, we have adopted a flexible charging structure with our fees based on the type of advice or service provided. 'Pay as you go' fees or subscription fee options are available. For example a hrlegal helpdesk subscription represents excellent value for money and allows clients to keep control of their legal costs
We will agree how we charge before we start new instructions.
