"He's a problem - how can we quickly remove him?"

Employment litigation services

We provide an outstanding litigation service for employers. We are experienced in handling all types of litigation that arises from the employment relationship covering:

Employment Tribunal claims

We specialise in representing employer clients at the employment tribunals, defending them against all types of claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination and sexual harassment, breach of contract, redundancy and wrongful deductions from pay.

We adopt a systematic approach designed to assess the merits of a client's case from the outset. As the case develops we discuss with the client case options, tactics, risks and estimated legal costs so that an agreed case plan can be followed and kept under review. In this way clients make informed decisions about how they want to proceed.

We are talented negotiators who regularly negotiate compensation packages and draft compromise agreements.

We are practised and regular advocates in the employment tribunals. When required we also use barristers from leading employment law chambers.

High Court and County Court proceedings

Our work includes disputes about 'gardening leave', protecting confidential information and enforcing restrictive covenants against ex-employees. We have an impressive track record of obtaining injunctions and search and seizure orders against departing or ex-employees.

Employment Appeal Tribunal

We advise clients on the merits of any possible appeal and we represent clients at the EAT.
