Agency Workers Regulations final guidance

The Agency Workers Regulations 2010 come into force on 1 October 2011. The Regulations will give certain agency workers the right to access 'collective facilities' and 'job vacancy information' from day one of their assignment; and qualified agency workers will have the entitlement to the same or no less favourable treatment with respect to 'basic employment and working conditions'.
