It was a traumatic time for the directors, as we had never been accused in this way before. We appreciated how you were available throughout to give your advice and assistance. I particularly valued your drafting of the various letters we sent to the employee together with your advice on how the best way to respond to the offers of settlement. We were pleased that with your help we were able to achieve a satisfactory outcome that was concluded in a reasonable time and without ending up in the employment tribunal!
