Gender Pay Gap Reporting Delayed

The gender pay gap reporting provisions will require, initially, employers with more than 250 employees and public sector employers to publish gender pay gap statistics under legislation (which is still in draft). 

This requirement relates to the difference in gross pay and bonus payments made to female, as compared with male, employees.

The requirements will be phased in and require publication on a website accessible to the public and employees and on a government website by a certain date.
