This webinar is part five in a series of six webinars during which we look at how people managers can and (in some instances) should manage certain situations at work. In the series we follow Megan and her employment relationship with Hapless Employer Ltd from the very start to the very end and the people management issues that arise. 

In this, the fifth webinar, we look at what happens when Megan leaves Hapless Employer Ltd in different scenarios, looking at:

  • Resignations
  • Dismissals with notice or pay in lieu of notice
  • Dismissals without notice and
  • Negotiating exits
