Webinar: Gender Pay Gap Reporting: What You Need to Know and Do (access at any time)

4th April 2018 19:00-19:00

You can access this online recording at anytime; not just on 4 April 2018 at 7 pm. The webinar lasts just under 1 hour.

In this pre-recorded Quantrills webinar, initially broadcast on 10 May 2017, Julie Temple explores the implications of the Gender Pay Gap reporting obligations.

The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 apply to employers with 250 or more employees as at 5 April 2017 (and yearly thereafter). The Regulations require these employers to publish each year specific details about the gender pay gap in their organisations by 4 April 2018. For public service employers, the dates are 31 March 2017 and 30 March 2018 respectively.

Topics covered

In the webinar, Julie Temple discusses what every organisation caught by the Regulations needs to do and explains:

• Who counts as an employee.
• What information needs to be published and by when.
• Where the information needs to be published and for how long.
• What is and is not "pay".
• What is and is not "bonus".
• How to calculate the figures.
