Gender Pay Gap Reporting
Employers with 250 or more employees as at 5 April 2017 will be caught by the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017. These require qualifying employers to publish specific details about the gender pay gap in their organisations by April 2018.
Topics to be covered
In this webinar, Julie Temple will explore the complexities of what every organisation caught by the Regulations needs to do. Julie will explain:
Who counts as an employee.
What information needs to be published and by when.
Where the information needs to be published and for how long.
What is and is not "pay".
What is and is not "bonus".
How to calculate the figures.
Who should attend?
The gender pay gap reporting obligations apply to organisations with 250 or more employees. This webinar is therefore of relevance to HR Professionals whose organisation has (or may have) 250 or more employees or if you may be involved in advising these organisations.
