Over the past three or more years the number of new case law developments about holidays and holiday pay has made it difficult for employers to keep up. This briefing rounds up and explains all the developments so you can be sure your organisation is completely up to date. This may mean you leave with one or two To Do list items to tackle!
The briefing will be led by Julie Temple, our resident expert on holiday entitlements and recently described by a delegate as "my preferred employment law speaker".

This briefing is at the Royal Harwich Yacht Club, Woolverstone, Ipswich. There is ample free car parking. The yacht club is located just 10 minutes from Junction 56 off the A14 at Wherstead, Ipswich.
