We look at how you should react to the discovery of competitive activity, what information you need to gather, what key decisions you need to make and your enforcement options including court action.

Our case studies help employers keep up to date with the latest HR and employment law developments. Our goal is to provide our guests with a genuine opportunity to learn something new and get real value out of the event.

  • Disabilities and making reasonable adjustments

The webinar will also consider issues about options when an employee being disciplined ‘goes sick’, whether sickness absence is a disciplinary or capability matter and contractual issues, including sick pay and permanent health insurance.
