Your hrlegal audit report

You will receive a written report highlighting any major risks for your business and pin pointing any weaknesses or gaps that expose you to risk and which need to be addressed. Priorities for immediate action will be listed together with other issues that can be tackled over time. We will give you a fixed-cost estimate for each recommendation.

Depending on your requirements, for a fixed-cost we can:

  • review the status and content of your existing contracts of employment, employee handbook and HR policies and procedures
  • check to see if your managers are correctly following your existing policies and procedures and find out how well they operate in practice
  • identify any specific problems or issues that ought to be addressed in any revised documentation
