Ola joined Quantrills in September 2022 as an Associate Solicitor, having spent the majority of her career working in London/Essex.

With more than 14 years’ experience in employment law, Ola assists businesses and individuals with a wide range of contentious and non-contentious workplace employment law and HR issues.

Ola’s clients appreciate her astute and meticulous support with disciplinary and grievance matters, settlement agreements, post-termination restrictions, redundancies/ reorganisations, and TUPE. Her contentious practice includes significant experience of acting for clients with Employment Tribunal claims and dispute resolution, with a particular focus in discrimination law.

Ola also enjoys a growing reputation for acting for teachers who are facing internal disciplinary allegations or who have to respond to Teaching Regulation Agency formal conduct proceedings.

Ola is instructed by a broad range of clients, providing advice at all levels. As part of Quantrills HR, she offers support services for employers including audits of HR policies and procedures, ad hoc guidance, and in-house training. Ola routinely advises businesses, drafts, and negotiates exit packages, with involvement in advising on exit processes and terms for senior executives.

In addition to being very easy to work with, Ola is extremely responsive and provides advice that is straightforward, commercial, and pragmatic, taking great pleasure in securing good outcomes for her clients.

Ola is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Ola studied at University College London and qualified as a Solicitor in 2008 specialising in employment law.

Away from the office, Ola enjoys running, making jewellery, and spending time with her family and three dogs.
