Providing you with advice worth having – for you and us it’s personal

Clients benefit from our accurate, frank and decisive advice about how best to resolve their employment law related issue or problem. Our expertise covers all employment law areas. Our work for employee clients concentrates on dealing with cases that are difficult, complicated or high value either in terms of the money involved or the career harm that may be caused.

Advising you about the relevant employment law is only one part of how we can help you. Invariably the most important part of our work is our guidance and help on how best to tackle your problem or issue. It’s our skills and experience that can really make the difference so that you get your desired resolution more quickly.

So everything we do is geared towards providing employee clients with the highest quality legal advice and a reassuring speed of response at an agreed cost and in the most suitable way.

For us looking after our clients includes speaking with you when you phone, replying to your emails and letters promptly and keeping you regularly informed of progress and developments.

Our Client Care Service Standards promise what you can expect from us if you ask for our help.

We aim to ensure that using Quantrills helps you achieve your objectives and proves an outstanding and reassuring experience for you.

We Listen

Our employment law solicitors are good listeners – before we have our say we usually want to know what you have to say first!

Your best strategy

Working out your best strategy or approach to follow is a key part of what we do, for each stage of any matter.

Clever drafting

We are very good at drafting persuasive emails, letters and documents that say what’s required with just the right words and tone for maximum impact.

Practised negotiators

Our employment solicitors are all practised negotiators who know what to say and when, for best effect.

We don't flap

We keep calm regardless of the problem or provocation so that we avoid emotional or hasty responses, decisions or advice.

Attention to detail

The devil can often be in the detail. We are proud of our attention to detail; being careful that nothing is over looked invariably makes the difference.

Get prepared

Before you call or meet with us it will help us better understand the background facts and your concerns if you:

Find your contract of employment or service agreement

Collect together any other relevant correspondence, emails and documents

Prepare a short chronology or list of key event

Use our online“Instruct us” form to tell us about your problem.

Yes, we act for employee clients who live and work across the UK and overseas.

We routinely act for clients who never visit our offices here at Wherstead, Ipswich. With today’s internet and telephone connections it is seldom necessary for an employee client to come and see us at our offices, unless they want to. We are, however, always willing and able to meet clients here at our offices. There is ample free car parking in front of our main reception and we offer a decent cup of tea or coffee!

All our advice is given by qualified and experienced employment law solicitors.

All of our employment solicitors are able to deal with most types of problems. Cases are allocated to the most appropriate solicitor who is available at the time, but you are welcome to make contact with the solicitor who you would like to use. You can find out more about our solicitors and support colleagues from Our team.
