Following recent changes to TUPE, Acas has published a new guide, Handling TUPE transfers. The guide is accompanied by a flowchart showing the steps involved in a transfer. The documents can be accessed and downloaded using the links.
For any people manager involved in business transfers and particularly the employee aspects of a transfer these are useful guides to have to hand, but certainly no excuse for specific legal advice.
